In ESL classes, adult non-native speakers of English learn to speak, write, and read English in a group setting.

• There is no charge for the class.
• We offer Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced classes that meet one time a week in the afternoon for a 16-week session.

Adult Basic Education (ABE)

Bay County Public Library
Adults learn basic skills in: Reading, Writing, Spelling, and Math. This program is geared for individuals with below a 9th grade level in one or more of these areas.

• Individual ABE tutoring is held at the Bay County Public Library.
• There is no charge for tutoring.
• Tutoring sessions are one-on-one and have a flexible duration.
