Stargazing Party: Mars at Opposition

FreeJoin us for a Stargazing Party out in front of the library. If you have a telescope, you are encouraged to bring it. We’ll have the library telescope. The Opposition of Mars is when the red planet is at its biggest and brightest! It occurs when the Mars is at its closest point to Earth in its orbit creating ideal conditions for observation. Dress for the weather since it might be chilly!
Location: Meet in front of the library. The library itself will be closed at this time.
